Dear All, i just wanna share my experiences while being a member of one good TAE service. I will not telling here what TAE service that had this issue, let it just become me and the admin.
A few days ago, i promote a great TAE service where i am one of first 100 members - and upgrading by paying. I use another members advertising mail (copy it). I really don't know if that is illegal and declined, as what i know is what i read at TOS when i know (my first) then try to join in one TAE program, ex: using TA Submitter, Spamming, etc...
At above activity (copy another member ads), i get warning from the TAE's admin that I promoted because she/he get a report by the member who her/his ads i copied + posted. I confirm it directly and say that I am really sorry for doing that, cause i really don't know if that is illegal and no such issue in TOS. The admin give me forgiveness, and take my word that i promise will not do such illegal activity above (copying another member ads). Then (i really sure) the admin confirming my response mail to the member who report me. So, the problem between me and that member are clear.
The problem began at the next day, when the TAE's admin where I posting that 'copied ads' mail me and delete my account directly (i try to log in directly to use contact support to telling her that the issue was clear one day ago, but can't), without confirm it! He/she not giving me a chance to talk about the issue. Then I try send a mail to the admin to tell about the fact, that the issue was cleared at the same day I reported and i really sad because my account at her/his TAE are deleted. I don't know if the admin will response my mail because i go directly to this forum and write this. FYI, i am free member in this TAE site.
I have questions to you (all TAE Admin who read this)... I know that you had a right to delete member account, as the TOS write it. But is it so strict? Ok, it is unforgiven if member broke the TOS, ex: using TA submitter, spamming, etc... But how if a member forgot ane of those rules and accidentally broke the TOS, or actually no clause in TOS about this isuue, as my case above? Or is it because of as a free member, i had no right as same as a paid member?
As I said before, i don't know if that admin response my mail. Right now, i will finished my online job and go sleep...
